" My Dream Holiday Outta This World !

"Brring …...’ screamed the alarm. I tried to ignore it . I wanted to stay in my dream. My dream ‘Outta This World Holiday’.

As we were anxiously waiting for 9 Years , it finally arrived . As we hoped off we were all surprise to see NOTHING ! “HELLO ! we all shouted . All we heard was our echo's . We were really cold it was probably - 0.

We were surrounded by Nothing . No trees , Plants , House , it was nothing compare to back home . We had second thoughts about coming to this planet for a dream holiday . So then we searched around for a good spot for us to set things up . During our time at pluto we did nothing but walked around it was so cold I couldn't feel my toes then something wierd happened it turned black, I was trying to found my friends but I couldn't find them .

After a while I suddenly woked up not knowing I was still in bed " Dreaming Outta This World" I was trying my best to memorise my dream holiday to pluto but ive got to admit it was the best dream ever .

Thanks to Racheal .

My opinion about Term1

Looking back Last term isn’t the term I was pleased with myself because
I didn’t get work done on time, and my attitude weren't good .

Highlights I liked last term was our camp “Take Charge “ the best highlight I worked best with was getting to know new people and hanging around with my groups the most. Last term I worked best was doing the right thing and respecting my teacher Mr Harris and other student in my class ! . My worse improvement last term was not focusing well and getting into trouble.

Looking forward This Term I’m looking forward to play our first game of rugby
also taking our Net books home and getting to use it everyday and to try our new sports !! .

Invention of Flags

Did you know that in 4,000 years ago flags were made out of metal, wood and clothing . The first people ever who invented flags were the Roman people. Many flags back then wasn’t.

Railway Flags can tell you when to stop obviously and when you can go. for example there are 6 colour which all has a different meaning . The first flag was made wood in the past some flags were heavy and , difficult to carry around , but now it has gone a lot lighter and a lot easier to carry .

My Thoughts About Camp!

Finally, it was the week of our Year 7 and 8 Camp, which was called ‘Camp Take Charge’ which is going to be great. I'm really looking forward to all of the activity that we are going to play. Yesterday afternoon the students got put in their groups, my group was called the ‘Respectablez’ and my team leaders are Shontal and Feki , who are pretty awesome . After that part of the session it was time to do a chant which was freaky because we had no ideas for it. Then we started to ask each one of us for ideas, suddenly Athena had an awesome idea which was amazing!

During our time at the hall Mr Barks, told us a quick game which sound pretty confusing but fun at the same time because we had to use equipment and chairs, we had to try going to to the the side of the hall without touching the floor, so I guess we had to use the chairs and the equipment to get to the other side. As we start the game we were all in a rush grabbing our friends and moving quickly. It was quite a confusing game, our team just made it half way which was cool. As the time went by we all had so fun .

As we were at the hall, we had some reminders about what we had to bring on the Monday,
the most thing I was really looking forward to was the concert because I like watching all the performances.
